Hey Folks! Great News–Crave Catering is now offering seasonal rotating feature menus!
To start off, we are offering our Spanish Mexican Fusion Menu – a flavorful and eclectic menu that will capture your senses by featuring a range of flavors with Spanish and Mexican infusion! This menu is a SENSE-ATIONAL and economical option for any Corporate Event, Social Get-together, or Last Minute Dinner Extravaganza!
In this menu, our culinary team has decided to use Crave Family Farm's tomatillos, tomatoes, potatoes, farm fresh herbs and eggs. All of the fresh produce selected for this menu was harvested last fall and preserved at each item's peak freshness for impeccable flavor, color, and aromatic qualities. All these flavors combine perfectly to create this eclectic fusion style menu.
The close relationship between farmer and chef will continue to help us create the best menus that will highlight the Pacific North West's bounty as well understand what it takes across the board to create the dishes we eat every day.
Fresh Tortilla Chips
Right out of the sizzling fryer, lightly salted, extra scrumptious!
Accompanied by award winning blackened tomatillo salsa and one fierce salsa rojo with ingredients cultivated straight from Crave Family Farm
Crisp romaine lettuce, black olives, chopped tomatoes, shredded Tillamook Cheddar, and complimented with a cilantro lime vinaigrette
Flour and Corn Tortillas

Choice of Either Black or Pinto Beans
Slow simmered in veggie stock, and seasoned to perfection with Chef Jaime's secret spice blend
Steamed white rice tossed in a cilantro-lime puree
Traditional Spanish tapas made with Crave Family Farm Eggs, herbs, potatoes, and Tillamook Cheddar cheese
Grilled Draper Valley Chicken Breast
This sweet scented dish starts by marinating chicken in Crave Family Farm tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice, char grilled, and accompanied with tomatillo and herbed chimichurri
Fudgy chocolate brownies sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, complimented with a light and spicy kick
